• To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.

  • Unused, and free from physical damage or unauthorized modifications.

• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental impact are not eligible for replacement.

Valid Reasons for Replacement

A replacement request will be accepted under the following conditions:

• The laptop is defective or not functioning properly on arrival.

• The product received is incorrect (wrong model, configuration, or color).

• The product is physically damaged on delivery and reported within 48 hours.

Replacement Process
